You may only purchase the goods available from this site if you are resident in the United Kingdom.
We may accept or decline orders at our discretion and we are not bound to accept any order.
Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our site and will be debited when we receive your order.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our site at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our site and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at 20%. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT.
All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of any such change, we will take all reasonable steps to inform you prior to order of your goods.
In the event of unavailability of any item we will take all reasonable steps to inform you and offer an alternative item prior to despatch of your order. If you do not want the alternative item, we will not process your payment or will refund any payment already made.
We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price.
When you place an order for goods you will need to give your credit card number. The charges for the goods will be billed to your credit card once your order is accepted.
In the event that you give details of a non-existent credit card number or the number of a credit card that belongs to someone else, your order will not be processed.
Delivery
All products are sold subject to availibility. If you would like to check availibility of an item please contact us in advance
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any products/services ordered
After receiving your order we aim to deliver within 4 – 5 working days. We will contact you if there is likely to be a delay
Deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday during normal working hours. We deliver to all postal areas in the Uk including: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure e.g. toa communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of you placing the order. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times. We are unable to delivery to the Republic of Ireland or export goods outside the UK. For export enquiries please contact export@rips.co.uk
To acknowledge delivery a signature will be required. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery
Occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you (or the intended recipient) may not be available. Each time aan attempt is made, our nominated courier company will post a card through the letterbox of the delivery address confirming that they have attempted delivery. THis card contains a contact number so you can speak directly to the nominated couriers and agree a mutually convenient delivery time (during office hours Monday to Friday) or alternatively, to arrange for you to collect the order directly from their deopt. If, after three attempts, they have still been unable to deliver the order, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyone our control. If such a problem arises, we will advise you as soon as we can and you will be issued with an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question

Cancellation
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any or all of the item/s you have ordered you have the right to cancel. You can email the sales team at sales@roll-your.own.co.uk
If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched email us at orders@roll-your-own.co.uk as soon as is practicably possible.
Return an order
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than delighted with any item for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition, by recorded delivery, within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
We will refund any payment made as soon as reasonably practicable.
